COVID-19 (coronavirus) is impacting all of us at a global scale. We are being impacted as individuals and as communities in unprecedented ways. At Hitched, our primary concern is the well being of our employees, customers and communities in which we conduct our business.
We are incredibly thankful that our fulfillment center has not been greatly impacted by the coronavirus, and are happy to reassure you that all online services remain open. Additionally, we are not experiencing unusual delays with our order fulfillment and all home try-on and wedding band orders should be delivered within our normal time frames.
At Hitched, we are committed to making your wedding band shopping experience not only fun, easy and affordable, but also safe. Please read on to learn more about how we are doing so both online and in our showrooms.
Each item included in your Hitched home try-on is either sanitized according to CDC standards or used new each time. Used new or sanitized items include the black Hitched home try-on box, plastic ring sizing tool, each sample band as well as the home try-on guide.
All warehouse workers wear masks and gloves while fulfilling home try-on orders (and all orders). Although packages are deemed safe by the CDC to touch, we do recommend washing your hands after unpacking your black Hitched home try-on box out of the shipping box as well as after repacking it/dropping it off at the post office.
All rings are safe to touch during your home try-on as they are sanitized before and after each use in a home try-on. There is no need to wash your hands in between trying on rings or after trying them on although we encourage you to do what makes you feel the most safe.
We are so excited to finally open our doors back up to the Chicago and Philadelphia communities. It is important to us that our customers feel safe and welcomed in our showrooms, and we've developed the following precautions to ensure your safety during your visit.
- Appointment only, no walk-ins. Book yours here
- Only one couple and one Hitched employee per appointment time-slot
- Masks and hand sanitizer provided and required by customers and Hitched staff before and after each appointment
- 30-minute buffer after each appointment to allow for full sanitation of appointment table, rings and other supplies
- Maximum of three appointments per day to cut down the volume of people in the store over a week's time
- Weekly professional deep cleans of entire showroom floor, appointment supplies and customer bathrooms
Our team is continuing to monitor the situation and will update our COVID-19 FAQs with any changes. Additionally, should you have further questions or concerns, our customer support team members are available to help via the contact form below. At Hitched, we understand the importance of our role in your special day. We are committed to standing by you during these uncertain times.
