Hitched's response to COVID-19

COVID-19 (coronavirus) is impacting all of us at a global scale. We are being impacted as individuals and as communities in unprecedented ways.

At Hitched, our primary concern is the well being of our employees, customers and communities in which we conduct our business. Given the current state and uncertainty among us all, we have decided to temporarily close our Philadelphia and Chicago showrooms through April 7th.

We are thankful that our fulfillment center has not been impacted by the coronavirus, and are happy to reassure you that all online services will remain open and that we are not experiencing any delays with our orders. UPDATE: Any precious metal wedding band order (14K Gold or Platinum) placed after 3/23 will be held for processing until 4/13. On 4/13, precious metal wedding band orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. All precious metal wedding bands should be delivered by 4/30. This does not include home try-on orders.

Our team is continuing to monitor the situation and will update our COVID-19 FAQs with any changes. We are also tracking all wedding dates, and if any order is impacted or delayed outside our normal delivery windows, our team will be reaching out immediately with an update.
