COVID-19 (Coronavirus) FAQs

Can I still shop with you? Absolutely! Even though our showrooms will be temporarily closed, our website and processing of online orders (home try-ons and wedding bands) will remain open and fully operational.

  • Home Try-On: Our home try-on program is available to anyone located in the United States. The process is fun and easy: just browse our wide selection of bands, pick out your favorite styles and your home try-on will arrive at your doorstep within 6-8 business days. Don’t worry if you're unsure of your ring size, we will include a ring sizer in your home try-on. UPDATE: Please note that we are experiencing longer than normal ship times as we are operating with limited resources. If your wedding is less than a month away, we strongly suggest ordering a wedding band directly and taking advantage of our free exchange and return policy (excludes customized bands).
  • Purchase with Confidence: If you already know the band you’d like to purchase, but are unsure of your size, no worries! Use our printable ring sizer to get your exact finger size and place your order with confidence. No worries it ends up not being a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on all of our non-customized bands,

Will my order be delayed? No! We are not experiencing any delays with our manufacturing or our order fulfillment. We have taken all the necessary precautions as outlined by the CDC to ensure the safety and well being of our employees and customers. Since all of our orders are processed within our own facility, we also do not foresee any future delays unless outside of our control. Are the bands in my home try-on safe to touch? Yes! We have maintained a process for cleaning and sanitizing our home try-on bands upon arrival and before shipment to our customers. We are continuing with that process and have increased these efforts based on the recent CDC guidelines for disinfection and sterilization. This includes all employees wearing approved gloves while handling the bands and a daily process for cleaning and sterilizing the fulfillment facility.

After how many days can I expect my home try-on order?

You can expect your home try-on to be delivered within 8 business days of placing your order. All home try-on orders take 1-3 business days to process and are then shipped with USPS 5-day shipping. UPDATE: Please note that we are experiencing longer than normal ship times as we are operating with limited resources. If your wedding is less than a month away, we strongly suggest ordering a wedding band directly and taking advantage of our free exchange and return policy (excludes customized bands).

After how many days can I expect my wedding band order?

You can expect your wedding band to be delivered within 8 business days of placing your order. All wedding band orders take 1-3 business days to process and are then shipped with USPS 5-day shipping. Please note that all wedding band orders will be held until a home try-on return is initiated. Please also note that that custom orders take an additional 2 business days. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free shipping for all orders, exchanges and returns. If you would like to expedite shipping, you can do so for an additional charge. Expedited shipping may not guarantee expedited delivery. If you have concerns about ship times, please email one of our customer service agents at help@tryhitched.com. UPDATE: Please note we have temporarily disabled priority shipping options.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 United States and Canada for all wedding band orders. Please note that our home try-on program is only available in the United States at this time.

Exchanges FAQs

If I change my mind, can I exchange the band I ended up picking?

Yes, you can exchange your purchase within 30-days of receipt at no cost to you. Please email one of our customer service agents to assist with your exchange at help@tryhitched.com. Please note that any band that has been customized by Hitched (engraving, custom finish, etc.) will be final sale. Please also note that any band that has been altered after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
