After how many days can I expect my home try-on order?

You can expect your home try-on to be delivered within 8 business days of placing your order. All home try-on orders take 1-3 business days to process and are then shipped with USPS 5-day shipping.

After how many days can I expect my wedding band order?

You can expect your wedding band to be delivered within 8 business days of placing your order. All wedding band orders take 1-3 business days to process and are then shipped with USPS 5-day shipping. Please note that all wedding band orders will be held until a home try-on return is initiated. Please also note that that custom orders take an additional 2 business days.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free shipping for all orders, exchanges and returns. If you would like to expedite shipping, you can do so for an additional charge. Expedited shipping may not guarantee expedited delivery. If you have concerns about ship times, please email one of our customer service agents at help@tryhitched.com.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 United States and Canada for all orders (home try-on included).

Exchanges FAQs

If I change my mind, can I exchange the band I ended up picking?

Yes, you can exchange your purchase within 30-days of receipt at no cost to you. Please email one of our customer service agents to assist with your exchange at help@tryhitched.com. Please note that any band that has been customized by Hitched (engraving, custom finish, etc.) will be final sale. Please also note that any band that has been altered after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
