Buying a watch online

Have questions about buying a watch online? Here's what to expect when you order one from us.

It's inspected and verified first. Our team checks every watch over and confirms it's authentic before it's listed. If a watch you bought from us is ever found not to be authentic, we'll refund you in full.

It ships fully insured. Your watch ships within 2-3 business days, insured for its full value, and requires a signature on delivery. You'll get tracking before it leaves.

The packaging is discreet. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies what's inside or names the sender as a jeweler.

The listing tells you exactly what you're getting. Every watch here is a single piece. The photos are of the actual watch you'll receive, and the listing says whether it's unworn or pre-owned and whether the original box and papers come with it.

You can pay over time. We offer financing through Affirm, including 0% options on select terms. Check your rate at checkout without affecting your credit score.

All sales are final. Because each watch is one of a kind, we can't take returns or exchanges. If anything about a listing is unclear, email help@tryhitched.com before you order and we'll get you an answer.

Yes! Every watch is inspected and verified by our team before it's listed, and we guarantee it. If a watch you bought from us is ever found not to be authentic, we'll refund you in full.

Both, and each listing says which. "Unworn" means the watch has never been worn and is in the condition it left the manufacturer. "Pre-owned" means it has been worn and may show light wear for its age. Anything worth knowing about is in the photos and the listing.

A full set is the watch with its original box and papers, including the warranty card. Some watches come with the box only, the papers only, or neither. Each listing tells you exactly what's included.

Watches ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order, fully insured, with a signature required on delivery. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
