Great Customer Service
I had a surprisingly amazing experience. Typically, when ordering online I am always apprehensive as to how the customer service will be or lack thereof. I had ordered the ring for my husband for our wedding and I found out that it was actually going to arrive after the wedding. I sort of panicked and reached out to Hitched and asked if there was any way to expedite the process. Kelly at Hitched was so kind and amazing, she expedited the production process and then overnighted the ring to me. I am so very grateful that my husband’s ring came in on time! The ring is also very beautiful!

Perfect Band, Imperfect service
My husband is very happy with his new band! We decided to get secretly married some years ago (due to Covid). We had rings that we’d wear in private, but never proper bands. At our (public) ceremony we exchanged those same bands, but knew we would, some day have “real” wedding bands. Well, almost 5 years together and with the addition of our first child, I knew it was time to surprise him! The ring is lightweight, beautiful, & fits perfectly. Sadly, my experience was not so perfect… this took almost 2 weeks longer than expected which (ruined) plans I had made to give it to him (on our anniversary). I emailed and requested expedited shipping (which I was given) and told it was shipping the following Friday… it took almost 3 additional days past what I was told. I’m happy with the product but very disappointed in the service.
