With a background in supporting startups from idea to product launch, Chris brings business, technology and systems expertise to Hitched. After studying at University of Kentucky and beginning his career at a large established company, he realized his passion lies in the challenges and breakthroughs of navigating entrepreneurship and building businesses. In 2012, he successfully scaled his first business, which he eventually moved on from to take on various sales & engineering roles with early stage startups. His role at Hitched includes overseeing the financial and technical responsibilities of the business with a core focus in sales and tech-forward initiatives. Over the years, he has come to love the intricacies of the jewelry industry. In his spare time, Chris enjoys catching up on the news, watching sports, playing golf and of course spending time with Stephanie and their two rescue dogs, Rocket and Stella.

Stephanie’s professional background lies in marketing. After graduating from Penn State University with a communications and business degree, she went on to work in various agency and in-house marketing roles.  Along the way, she always dreamed for a business of her own, one that would allow her to express her creativity. At the start of Hitched, she headed up all branding and marketing, getting the concept out and in front of newly engaged couples. Stephanie has always been passionate about the arts, and jewelry is no different. As of 2022, Stephanie is GIA certified and designed Hitched’s signature engagement collection. She looks forward to continuing her GIA education and developing more products and designs for Hitched. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys binging the latest thriller series, hunting for vintage furniture, dining at local restaurants, and of course spending time with Chris and their fur babies!

Kiersten graduated from American University in 2023, with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Business Law. Through various internships and jobs, she also developed a strong marketing and social media background, and an eye for problem solving and design. She enjoys being creative, especially when it comes to content creation and advertising. Kiersten started her journey at Hitched by managing and ramping our DC Showroom. She truly loved educating and assisting couples in turning their dream rings into an heirloom for generations to come. In her marketing role, she continues to keep the customer experience at the forefront. Outside of work, Kiersten enjoys traveling, videography, and discovering new spots in D.C.

Out of school Caroline started working for an outdoor company and coaching high school sports, where she loved the feel of a close knit community with her customers and her students. Over the next several years she learned that even more than that, her favorite thing about both roles was helping people reach their goals. After conquering the outdoor industry, she discovered her interest in fashion combined with her passion for the natural world, was a perfect fit for the gemology and jewelry industry. Since then she has helped hundreds of couples with their engagement rings, wedding bands, and gifts. When she’s not working you can find her with her dogs exploring the parks and preserves in and around Chicago, collecting rocks and shells as she goes.

With over a decade of bridal and luxury sales experience, Clare leads our DC showroom with creativity, heart, and a passion for helping couples find the perfect rings to celebrate their love story. She brings a fresh perspective to every appointment, making the fine jewelry shopping process feel fun, personal, and seamless from start to finish. She prides herself on providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to make couples feel supported from the first appointment to “I do.” A newlywed herself, Clare values creativity and loves exploring new creative ideas, whether it’s with couples in the showroom or out in the world. She loves traveling, spending time with family, and is always up for a Taylor Swift sing-along. When she’s not at Hitched, you’ll likely find her out exploring the city with her dog, Wallace.

Kristen got her start in jewelry sales in 2015 as a seasonal mall kiosk employee, and knew this was her calling. Working her way up from fashion jewelry to fine jewelry, she obtained her Diamontology Certification from the Diamond Council of America. With a lengthy history of showroom management and bridal consultations, she aims to serve as a resource to both clients and colleagues alike. Kristen enjoys helping people express love for themselves and others through their most sentimental purchases, and views the fine jewelry of today as a modern take on the innately human practice of adorning oneself. In her spare time, you can find her enjoying one of Philly's many events or birdwatching, with a pair of binoculars in-hand.

Katie is Assistant Retail Showroom and Sales Manager at Hitched Chicago! After graduating from DePaul University in 2022 with a BFA in Media Production and Communications, Katie began building a career rooted in creativity and customer care. With a strong background in customer service, she developed a deep appreciation for helping others express themselves through their style. In her role at Hitched, Katie is passionate about the personal stories behind every piece of fine jewelry. She especially loves being part of the meaningful moments whether they’re commemorating a milestone or simply celebrating who they are. Outside of the showroom, you’ll find Katie picking out her next shiny trinket at one of Chicago’s street festivals.

After earning her degree in Accounting from Rhode Island College, Sydney took a leap into the world of fashion, managing a high-end women’s boutique in Nantucket. There, she developed her love for client relationships, attention to detail, and creating personalized experiences. She brought those skills to Hitched, where she enjoys helping couples feel confident and at ease while finding the perfect rings. Since relocating to Philadelphia, Sydney has been enjoying exploring her new city, training for the Chicago marathon, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends.

Bella graduated Summa Cum Laude from DePaul University in 2024 with a BFA in Film & Television Production and a concentration in Directing. Bella worked with various high end fashion retailers all throughout college, including a wedding couture company. It was while selling bridal gowns that she discovered her passion for the wedding industry. She joined Hitched in 2025 after realizing that being a sales associate at Hitched combined three of her favorite things: design, love, and shiny rocks. Bella is most happy when working on a custom project, especially if it’s a vintage inspired piece! Her favorite pastimes are watching movies, cooking, and snuggling up with her two cats.

With over 8 years in customer service, Regan takes pride in making every client feel cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Her attention to detail ensures each ring is not only beautiful but built to last. As a lifelong jewelry enthusiast, she brings genuine excitement to helping couples find the perfect piece to celebrate life’s biggest moments. Building real connections with clients is what she loves most about her work at Hitched. When she’s not in the showroom, you’ll find Regan looking for a new bakery to taste test or curling up with her two cats, Bao Bao and Gyoza.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Forrest brings discipline, attentiveness,and a passion for people to his role here at Hitched. A former football player at Temple University, Forrest began his football career in California, earning all-conference awards at Santa Monica College before transferring to Temple, where he competed at the Division I level. He is very interested and eager to explore his passion for jewelry. Standing out for his teamwork and perseverance on the field, he now applies those same qualities to helping clients find the perfect piece of jewelry to celebrate life’s biggest moments.

Ryan has nearly twenty years of experience across multiple disciplines of digital media, including photography, videography, web and graphic design, social media management, marketing, and live event coordination. Following a successful career in marketing, he moved to Philadelphia to join the Hitched family, where he now applies his expertise to the jewelry industry. In his current role, Ryan oversees the production pipeline, advises on creative strategy for the marketing team, and serves as the company’s in-house photographer. In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling to unknown places taking photos, wandering the city with his dog Hooch, or enjoying a live event in the city with friends!
