To initiate the custom design process, we require a 50% deposit on your center stone, as it heavily influences the rest of the design. You can visit us in-store to view options and make your selection!

Once you've selected your center stone, we'll discuss the vision for your custom engagement ring setting during a dedicated design meeting. We'll touch base on metals, styles, accents, & personalizations.

From there, Hitched will present you with 3D CAD renderings of your custom design as well as a formal quote. A more informal sketch or mock up may be shared prior to renderings to finalize the vision.

Seem like we're on the right track? We'll collect your remaining balance, make any revisions you'd like to your design, and create your ring! You will even view a wax model of your ring before it's made in metal.
