You are getting ready to make a lifelong commitment, and we want to make that same commitment to you. All Hitched wedding bands come with flexible exchange and return policies as well as a free limited lifetime warranty.
Exchanges + Returns

We understand the importance of a wedding band and what it symbolizes, which is why we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you realized that your wedding band fit is off after you purchase, no worries, we offer free exchanges within 30-days of receiving your order. If you've had a change of heart or are not fully satisfied with your wedding band, we also offer free returns within 30-days. No questions asked, but feedback is always welcome!

Customizations

*Please note that any band that has been customized by Hitched (engraving, custom finish, etc.) will be final sale. Please also note that any band that has been altered after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned. Hitched covers shipping fees for one exchange only. Shipping fees for subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the consumer.

Lifetime Warranty

You are getting ready to make a lifelong commitment. In return, we'd like to make that same commitment to you when it comes to your wedding band. All Hitched wedding bands are sourced from manufacturers with strict quality standards and are warranted against material and craftsmanship flaws under normal use. Any ring that fails to live up to these standards will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or lesser value.

A Note On Diamond Bands

*Please note that warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, theft or loss. Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferable. Any alterations made to the ring by a third-party will void the warranty. Hitched covers shipping fees for one repair or replacement only. Shipping fees for subsequent repairs or replacements during the lifetime of the warranty are the responsibility of the consumer. Warranty does not cover changes in finger size resulting in changes in the way a ring fits. Hitched is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring. 

Hitched covers the cost plus shipping of any necessary repair or replacement within 1 year of delivery if deemed a manufacturer defect after inspection. After 1 year, Hitched will cover the cost of one repair or replacement, but any subsequent repairs or replacement costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Costs for subsequent repairs or replacements will vary by ring.
