For Tungsten rings, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

For Platinum rings (without stones), we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that any Gold ring that has any of the following customizations is final sale: quarter ring size, custom finish, and/or custom engraving. If your ring does not fit correctly upon arrival, we offer ring sizing services for an associated fee. If you need your ring sized, please contact us.

All fine jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets) are final sale. We can accept exchanges for equal or greater value within 30 days of delivery.

Policy Exclusions

Additional exclusions to our resize and return policy include any ring that has been customized by Hitched (engraving, custom finish, custom size), any ring that has been visibly worn or shows signs of wear and tear (a ring that is scratched), and any ring that has been altered after purchase (engraved or resized by someone other than Hitched). Please note that Hitched only covers shipping fees for one exchange only. Shipping fees for subsequent exchanges or ring size adjustments are the responsibility of the consumer.

Hitched Warranty

All Hitched products are sourced from manufacturers with strict quality standards and are warranted against material and craftsmanship flaws under normal use. Within one year of delivery, any ring that fails to live up to these standards will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please see below for more information around what is and is not included within our one-year warranty.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, theft or loss either of the entire item or large stones (4mm+). We highly recommended you get your precious metal and/or diamond items insured with proper documentation including your stone grading report, if applicable.

The warranty does not cover any item that was failed to be properly cared for. Examples of this include any item that has been severely damaged due to negligence. Obvious examples of negligent care include rings that are bent to the point of cracking or breaking. Hitched requires an inspection of all products before honoring the warranty to ensure the item was properly maintained and cared for.

The warranty does not cover ring size adjustments. Please inquire for a quote if you need your ring's size adjusted.

For diamond (or gemstone) items, Hitched will repair or replace any band that is missing a melee (3mm or less) stone within one year of delivery. Hitched requires an inspection of all products before honoring melee stone replacement to ensure the item was properly maintained and cared for. After one year, there will be a fee associated with melee stone replacement.

Any alterations made to the item, including standard jewelry services such as engraving, resizing and polishing, by a third-party will void the warranty.
