Excellent customer service

Overall, Hitched has been a great company to work with! We purchased my husband’s wedding band back in March for our September wedding. While doing a bit of clean-up post reception, we noticed the ring had a scratch on it within the first full day of wear. Hitched offered to replace it for a small fee and was quick to resolve the issue. My only recommendation would be to either avoid black as it’s not scratch resistant or consider purchasing one of the silicones bands if you’re worried about potential marks.

Had a great experience with Hitched, they sent me 5 rings to try on, and made shipping very easy. After I picked out the ring I wanted and they shipped it to me, I realized it didn't fit exactly how I wanted.
