We understand the importance of a wedding band and what it symbolizes, which is why we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you realize that your wedding band fit is off after you purchase, we offer free exchanges within 30-days of your delivery date. If you've had a change of heart or are not fully satisfied with your wedding band, we also offer free returns within 30-days of your delivery date. Please note exclusions to this policy below.
Exchange + Return Exclusions
Exclusions to our exchange and return policy include any ring that has been customized by Hitched (engraving, custom finish, custom size), any ring that has been visibly worn or shows signs of wear and tear (a ring that is scratched), and any ring that has been altered after purchase (engraved or resized by someone other than Hitched). Please note that Hitched only covers shipping fees for one exchange only. Shipping fees for subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the consumer.
You are getting ready to make a lifelong commitment. In return, we'd like to make that same commitment to you when it comes to your wedding band. All Hitched wedding bands are sourced from manufacturers with strict quality standards and are warranted against material and craftsmanship flaws under normal use. Any ring that fails to live up to these standards will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or lesser value.
Lifetime Warranty Exclusions
Please note that warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, theft or loss. Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferable. Any alterations made to the ring by a third-party will void the warranty. Hitched covers shipping fees for one repair or replacement only. Shipping fees for subsequent repairs or replacements during the lifetime of the warranty are the responsibility of the consumer. For diamond bands, Hitched will repair or replace any band that is missing a stone within one year of purchase with no questions asked. After one year, any band missing a stone will require an inspection prior to repair or replacement and repair or replacement may have a fee associated. Warranty does not cover changes in finger size resulting in changes in the way a ring fits. Hitched is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring.
