Great ring, but slow to get here

I thought I was giving myself plenty of wiggle room when I ordered my ring at the beginning of June for my wedding at the end of August. I didn't get my ring until the week before the wedding, and there was no communication from Hitched until I reached out to them to make sure I'd have it in time. This was a significantly longer wait time than they estimated, so I would have appreciated some more communication to help ease the pre-wedding stress. The ring itself is great, and I really loved the try-at-home boxes for determining the best size and style for me.

Wonderful Ring, Great Experience

Purchasing my now husband's ring was such a great experience. We went in to the Chicago showroom and he was able to try on many rings. Our appointment started on time and the consultant was very helpful. We ended up choosing one, but I did not buy it that day so he could make a final decision. Once he decided, I got it engraved with my handwriting on the inside. It turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

I felt very welcomed when I visited the Philadelphia store. I forgot the woman that helped me the first time going in but Perris was there the second time and helped with the sale. She was fantastic, warm, and I truly felt like a VIP. When the ring came in it was shipped and at my front door in 2 days. I highly recommend Hitched
