Incredible Customer Service and Attention to Detail

Stephanie was amazing from the start, she made the process of choosing and customizing our wedding bands a seamless process. Even when my original wedding band was held up in production, she came up with a quick solution to substitute my platinum wedding band with an identical one (but with white gold) at no cost. This really helped put my mind at ease for the big day! Fortunately, my original wedding band came in on time and I just quickly swapped the substitute for the original one.
